The Job: Deliver elevated, clear, and delightful copy to the UX/UI, marketing, creative, and executive teams.
The Deliverables: In-vehicle experience, product page, release notes, email, web, app, event, script, and other copy. Accurate, usable translations for 15 unique markets across 2 continents.
The Process: Worked with the UX/UI, engineering, and other teams to create a process to write, test, edit, and deliver the best in-vehicle experience possible. Established a process with a global translations client to accurately translate thousands of unique strings of copy into 15 different localizations. Alongside the engineering, legal, and marketing teams, created a voice, tone, and process for vehicle OS and app release notes. Created copy for the full vehicle reservation and purchasing flow to establish a simple, clear, and navigable experience for customers at all levels of their journey. Worked with the in-house creative and marketing teams to rebrand and redesign the home page and vehicle PDPs.
What I Brought to the Table: Crisp marketing copy that exemplified and enhanced the voice and tone of Fisker, on time and under budget. Constructive, creative collaboration with multiple touchpoints and departments to bring out the best in the most efficient manner possible. Established processes where they didn’t exist and improved processes when needed. A collaborative attitude and mindset that always looked for the best possible solution even if that meant doing something that was outside of the role’s expectations.
The Results: Worked to successfully launch the Fisker Ocean EV on two different continents and in 15 different languages. Insight and assistance that helped launch a rebrand. Streamlined processes that span multiple cross-functional teams and departments.
